Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Shipments in Belgium and abroad within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time 2-3 days in Belgium, 5 to 10 days internationally.

Standard home delivery in Europe is €10.
Standard UK delivery is €25.
Standard delivery abroad is €40.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer and at his expense.

UK customers are subject to 21% import tax. These taxes are payable to our shipper (DHL) on arrival in the UK, prior to delivery.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, the product must be in perfect condition and unwashed. The label must be intact on the product. Upon receipt of the package, egalcoeur will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by egalcoeur, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of egalcoeur without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.
Please note that shipping/return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

egalcoeur is not responsible for returns lost by Bpost, DPD or UPS. Please send returns using the same carrier.

Reimbursement of the order by egalcoeur is made no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which egalcoeur receives the return order.
However, the reimbursement takes place provided that egalcoeur has been able to recover the products subject to the return and the request for reimbursement.
egalcoeur makes the refund using the same means of payment as the one used to pay for the order. If and only if the latter has expired, egalcoeur will approach the customer in order to make the refund by another means of payment and insofar as the refund does not incur additional costs for egalcoeur.

If the customer fails to comply with these T&Cs, egalcoeur will not be able to reimburse the products concerned. In all cases, the return costs are the responsibility of egalcoeur if the product delivered to the customer is different from the product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
Any product returned without packaging will be refused or will be subject to a deduction of €9 from the refund.
The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package which will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
